Mr. Cooper, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), General Manager, and Proprietor, has extensive experience in restaurant management, hotel management, and property maintenance. He is assisted in operating the company by his wife, Mrs. Linda Cooper, a former executive banker with 30 years of experience in the off-shore and commercial banking industry.
